EZ Cleantech Automations Trickle Varnish Machine is a purpose-built impregnation system designed to deliver uniform varnish penetration in rotor and stator winding with high repeatability and production-friendly operation. The machine applies varnish in a controlled flow (trickle) directly onto the winding zone while the job rotates, ensuring consistent coating thickness, reduced varnish wastage, and reliable electrical insulation performance.

Engineered for motor and generator manufacturing lines, the system improves dielectric strength, moisture resistance, vibration durability, and winding life, while maintaining stable cycle time and clean shop-floor operation.

Working Principle:

  1. Loading & Clamping: Rotor/stator is loaded on fixture; clamping ensures stable rotation.
  2. Pre-Heating (Optional/Integrated): Component is heated to target temperature to improve varnish wetting and penetration.
  3. Rotation + Trickle Application: A metered varnish flow is applied through nozzle(s) while the component rotates at set RPM.
  4. Soak / Gel / Drain Control: Controlled dwell ensures varnish flow into winding; excess varnish is collected and recycled.
  5. Curing / Baking (Optional/Integrated): Component is transferred to curing zone/oven to achieve final insulation strength.

  • Servo/VFD controlled rotation for accurate RPM and repeatable impregnation
  • Programmable varnish dosing (flow control / pump control) for consistent quantity per job
  • Adjustable nozzle positioning for rotor & stator geometries
  • Heated varnish tank (optional) with temperature control for viscosity stability
  • Drip tray + filtration + re circulation to minimise varnish loss and keep the system clean
  • PLC + HMI based recipe control (RPM, time, flow, temperature)
  • Safety interlocks: door safety, over-temperature, motor overload, emergency stop, spill handling
  • SS contact parts (recommended) for long life and easy cleaning
