Working Principle:

Loading & Clamping: Rotor/stator is loaded on fixture; clamping ensures stable rotation.
Pre-Heating (Optional/Integrated): Component is heated to target temperature to improve varnish wetting and penetration.
Rotation + Trickle Application: A metered varnish flow is applied through nozzle(s) while the component rotates at set RPM.
Soak / Gel / Drain Control: Controlled dwell ensures varnish flow into winding; excess varnish is collected and recycled.
